一. Analysis of the causes of bumps in zinc alloy die castings
1. The part is taken out after the mold is opened or the edge is punched, and the part hits the edges and corners of the mold, equipment or worktable;
2. Improper accumulation of zinc alloy die castings in various operating procedures;
3. The operator of each operation process does not operate properly, such as throwing pieces, etc.;
4. Transfer between processes, such as not isolated maintenance, collapse, etc.;
5. The bumps of the operating tools in each operation process, such as die-casting pick-up hooks, pick-up pliers, etc., files, punches, etc. in the finishing process.
二. Corresponding measures for zinc alloy die-casting bumps
1. Pay attention when picking up the item, no bumping is allowed;
2. According to the requirements of operation guidance, stacking is not allowed, and it is necessary to place them neatly in the workstation equipment one by one;
3. It is not allowed to throw the pieces, and handle with care. For example, in the die-casting process, the castings must slowly slide down from the worktable, and they are not allowed to collide with each other;
4. It is necessary to maintain and isolate the zinc alloy die castings in the workstation equipment, and the transfer should be slow to avoid collapse or falling of the castings;
5. Use the operating tools correctly to avoid bumps. Die-casting pick-up is not allowed to hook or hold the casting body. It is necessary to operate the file and punch precisely in the area to be cleaned.
