1. The mold temperature is low;
2. The thickness of the inner gate is very small;
3. The speed of the internal department is too fast;
4. During the filling process, the metal will spread into dense droplets and hit the wall at high speed.
Corresponding solutions for pitting corrosion of zinc alloy die castings:
1. When you start ironing, you will find that the metal flow is dispersed.
Proper gating system design can avoid molten metal splash, improve venting conditions, and prevent liquid from flowing through excess gas.
2. When the hot die is started, you will find that the metal flow has been ejected. Appropriately reduce the speed of the inner cover.
3. When the hot die is started, you will find that the metal flow has been ejected. Adjust the thickness of the inner gate appropriately.
4. By cold insulation, the casting surface becomes black. By turning on the mold heater or spraying less and ironing more molds, the mold temperature will rise to the range required by the process.
